Next, browsing ebay for a 1GB RAM which I would like to install into my I-Book. Found one, and set an alarm 5 minutes before the ending time.
Was very panic bidding, I still do not understand fully how it works. I have bidded once for my friend, this was my second time bidding. Maybe I will understand how this bidding in ebay works in future.

Someday, you wil find that there are TOO MANY things you want on Ebay!
I have been on it for about six years,a nd have gotten many loively things - in all that time, only once or twice was I disappointed.
But - I have spent money for so many things I didn't know that I could not live without until I saw them!

My advice for bidding is to set an alarm 10 minutes before the end of auction and bid my "what a bargain!" price and then wait till the last 2 minutes and if my bid is beat, I bid again for a little more and then hang on the listing until the end, increasing my bid a little by little if it gets out-bid. usually gets it.

Thank you for your advice. My friend told me to bid on the last 2 minutes too. But I tend to get very panic, because the amount is increasing, even just after I had set bid and set the maximum amount. How does the maximum amount works? Don't understand it after reading.
