Yevgeniy Plushenko

This guy is doing ice skating and had a semi strip tease...haven't seen such performance on these events before. Wondering is it a competition or just a show, because he climbed out to the crowd.

Wannabe

Two girls singing Spice Girls' Wannabe.

But I don't think the Spice Girls consist of only 2 girls...strange.

Computer Mouse

Computer mouses found in cyber cafes have been ranked as the second most bacteria-infested items in a list of commonly touched objects.

The survey, carried out by the Korea Consumer Protection Board, found shopping cart handles to be the worst of the worst. Typically, they contain an average of 1100 colony forming units (CFU) of bacteria per 10 sq cm.

The computer mouses, were found to have an average of 690 CFU - more than twice the concentration found on doorknobs and handles in public toilets.

The detected bugs include all kinds of bacteria including pathogenic ones.

The Korea Consumer Protection Board released the report this week after conducting an examination about bacteria contamination on 120 items at public facilities which people commonly touch with their hands in Seoul and nearby cities.

According to the Korea Times newspaper, the board examined 20 hand straps on trains, 20 hand straps on buses, 20 toilet doorknobs at four department stores, 20 lift buttons at four department stores, 20 handles of shopping carts at four discount stores, and 20 mouses at four internet cafes.

A board spokeswoman said that the best way to stop the spread of infectious diseases by hand contact was to wash your hands with soap.

Quoting statistics, the spokeswoman said that while more than 77 per cent of people were aware of the importance of washing hands, only 47.9 per cent actually bothered to wash them.

BT As New Movie Download Service

One of the largest ISPs in Britain is teaming with the company responsible for the BitTorrent software to test a new high-speed movie download service, the companies said Friday.

NTL, the largest broadband provider in the United Kingdom, will be testing the file-swapping service as a way to deliver video more cheaply than traditional downloads. Another company, called CacheLogic, will add its data-caching technology to improve the network's efficiency.

The deal is the first public step forward for BitTorrent's hope to turn its technology, widely used for swapping illegal copies of video, into a tool used by movie studios and ISPs for legal services.

"NTL has seen a huge percentage of their traffic in the BitTorrent protocol," said BitTorrent President Ashwin Navin. "But in the past, neither rights holders, ISPs nor BitTorrent derived any economic benefit from it."

The technical trial will begin in April and will go through the summer, the companies said. Navin declined to say what content will be used in the trial, but noted that NTL is a cable company, and so has rights to video content.

Free Games

I was resting in my friend's room after class, from 9am till 6pm. Sitting there, I explore his laptop and found out this flash 'Who wants to be a millionaire' game, used to play it over and over again until I memorized most of the answers. Thought of showing off, I played it in front of my friend but disappointed, I could not even go pass the '1000' line. This is because some answers I memorized were not right. I was thinking, are there different versions of this game...

Here is a link to some open source Windows game. Hope you enjoy it.

Run DMC & Aerosmith

Recently I have mentioned that my housemate started to play music quite loud. In fact, all these years during my education, I lived with a lot of people. All these people like to listen to music with high, inconsiderable volume, me myself is like this too. Therefore I feel this video is quite similar to that situation.

Celine Dion & Andrea Corr

For the last few days, my housemate who is living opposite my room always play this 'My Heart Will Go On' over and over and over and over again endlessly. Maybe this song left back a deep memory for him but...nevermind, it's acceptable.
Before this, 'Vengaboys - Parada De Tettas' repeating over and over again, so irritating. So it's better to listen to Celine Dion's voice.

* Caching has been fixed under certain PHP enviroments.
* Permalinks have been fixed for weird enviroments as well.
* XML-RPC uploading works.
* Compatibility with older versions of PHP.
* Several WYSIWYG fixes and cleanups.
* Imports now use much less memory.
* Now works with MySQL 5.0 in strict mode.
